These are some of the ministry opportunities we currently offer.
LEAD TEACHER – Serve at least 2 services per month. As lead teacher you would be greeting the parents and children into the classroom, as well as being responsible for releasing the children to their parent, and presenting the Bible Story (curriculum provided).
PARENT ASSISTANT – Serve at least 1 service per month. Assist the Lead Teacher by helping children settle into the classroom, assist with shepherding control.
STUDENT ASSISTANT – Serve at least 1 service per month. Redirect children and help with transition into classroom as well as assisting the teacher and parent assistant.
COORDINATOR - Serve at least 1 service per month. Greet staff (parent/student assistants) and direct to assigned classroom. Greet, register, and direct visitors in Adventure Bay.

This section will help to answer a few of the questions you may have regarding volunteering in Children's Ministry. We want to help you find where you can use your God-given gifts to invest in the lives of children.
First, let us ease your mind about a few things:
You don´t have to be an expert. Each member of our Children´s Ministry team has one thing in common: a passion for children. If you have a heart to love God and a desire to work with children, then you have the two basic ingredients necessary to volunteer in children´s ministry. You do not need a degree in early childhood development or elementary education to be a great volunteer in Children´s Ministry. We will equip you for your ministry.
You do not need all the time in the world. You can successfully minister to children with a minimal time commitment. We have many ways that you can minister to children in a time frame that will work for you! During the Sunday services , you will be able to form relationships with children and their parents that will communicate love and value, not only from you, but also from God.
You will not be alone. You will be supported in your ministry through the Children´s Ministry staff and leadership team. You will not be a lone ranger in your ministry to children...guaranteed! Our leadership team prepares everything you need to be successful for you so you can come in with peace of mind and enjoy serving.
